A bit of history...

We are trained and experienced professionals whose skills complement each other in the field of architecture, construction and interior design. As expats ourselves, we know the difficulties that our clients face when acquiring and renovating a house here. It was our experience of remodeling our own homes that inspired us to found this company.


Silvia Adarmes

Architect, Co-Founder

I studied architecture in my birth country Venezuela where I also did a Master’s in housing design & planning. After graduating in 2000, I worked as an independent architect, designing and executing many projects but the majority of which being house renovations. I am experienced in dealing with both building and interior design. I have an eye for detail and quality and when managing a project oversee schedules, costs, work, resolve issues and implement any changes.

After leaving Venezuela I lived in Valencia for 7 years acquiring Spanish citizenship. Whilst there my Architecture Degree was validated by Universidad Politecnica de Valencia (UPV). I furthered my study alongside my work at the same university gaining a Masters degree in Project Management.

I have lived in the Netherlands with my husband and son since 2012. I have a true passion for the work I do. I take great pride in my work and all projects I’m involved with I strive to find a balance between space, light and colour, whilst always keeping in mind the specific needs of each client and their budget.

Natalia de Andrés

Architect, Co-Founder

I am from Madrid where I studied Architecture at the Universidad Politécnica (UPM). An Erasmus grant enabled me to study for a year in Lisbon as part of my degree. It was during that year I met my future husband, a Dutchman, and so I moved to the Netherlands where we are now happily settled.
In Madrid, I worked as an architect in an office focused on the design of new houses and public buildings.

Since moving to the Netherlands I have worked for different companies developing both architectural and interior design projects. For the last eight years, through my work experience here, I have gained invaluable knowledge and insight into the regulations that govern the construction industry in the Netherlands.

In 2017 I decided to found A+A Interiors together with my business partner Silvia. Our professional training coupled with the experiences of renovating our own homes has equipped us with the skills, knowledge and professional contacts to be able to offer a tailor made and invaluable service to others looking to improve their homes.

I am a dedicated, detail oriented and goal driven person with a strong commitment to achieve the maximum benefits (design and financial) for my clients projects.
